Office Manager, Paralegal and Rule 31 Trained Mediator
As Office Manager, she handles all personnel issues, payroll, paying taxes and filing returns, bill paying, banking, equipment purchase and maintenance, supply purchase and advertising.
As a paralegal, Lydia has over 30 years experience in the legal field specializing in family law. In addition, she has worked in many different areas of the law including insurance defense, real estate, probate, personal injury, worker's compensation, contracts and business law. As a paralegal, she meets with clients, prepares all types of pleadings and other documents, conducts research and prepares trial documents, interviews witnesses and helps the attorneys prepare for trials and depositions.
Lydia has recently started Family Mediation Services, LLC. She has completed the Supreme Court Rule 31 training and has 25 years experience in family law matters. She offers mediation services for all types of family matters, including divorce, parenting plans, child support and division of assets and liabilities.
Missy Zaleski
Legal Assistant
Missy's duties include initial contact with clients, handling appointments and correspondence, coordinating the scheduling of court dates and deposition dates, updating and organizing files, preparing documents and pleadings, sharing receptionist duties, and doing whatever is necessary to assist the attorneys in their practice and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Susanne Marlowe
Closing Agent
Susanne is the Closing Agent for our office. With 20 years in residential and commercial real estate closings, she handles all aspects of the various types of closing processes including purchase/resale, refinance, new construction, and vacant land. Her extensive background enables her to resolve problems and complete the most difficult transactions. Along with her attention to detail, both her customers and real estate agents appreciate the way she keeps them informed throughout the closing process.
